strives to provide our customers a hassle-free
return and exchange policy. We understand
that certain items purchased by our buyers
may not satisfy their needs. Whether it’s
due to an incorrect size selection, unappealing
appearance and feel of the material, or
a defective product, SPSS entitles our
customers to return the item(s) with its
ORIGINAL RECEIPT within 5 - 7 days from its
ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION to receive a
full refund and exchange. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE SEVENTH DAY! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Term
and Conditions:

Any product(s) that are being sent back for a return or exchange are required to fill out the return and exchange form. The original sales receipt and the return & exchange form must also be included in the package. All items that are being sent back for a return or exchange must be in its original packaging, unused condition, and all tags must be attached to it.
Return packages that are being sent to SPSS for an exchange order will only be valid for equal value or more. (SPSS will automatically send back your return or
exchange package if it has been more than seven days, a suspicion that it has been washed, abusively worn, stained, have a cologne, foul, laundry detergent, and perfume smell. No Exceptions!)
To avoid having your package sent back; please ensure that our Terms and Conditions requirements are all met!
(Please keep in mind that items that are being packaged and shipped are heavily inspected prior to shipping) In the event that a defective or an incorrect item has been shipped, SPSS will reimburse the cost for shipping. SPSS does not cover the shipping expense for any return and exchange packages that are being sent back to us. However, the shipping cost to send back the exchange packages to our customers will be covered by SPSS.
(This only applies to USA exchange orders.) No refunds on shipping!
Important Note:
SPSS will not be held responsible for any damage packages while in transit of
being delivered. In the event that a package has been damage while in
transit, we encourage the receiver not to sign for the package upon arrival.
Immediately notify the shipping carrier about the current situation. For lost
packages, SPSS will not be held liable for any lost packages that occur while
in transit.
Packages Delivered to the Wrong Address
SPSS will not be held liable for any packages that are delivered to the wrong address. We assume that addresses that are entered onto our “Ship to” section are correct. If an incorrect address has been entered onto our “Ship to” section, please contact us within 24 hours so that we may make the correction. Please keep in mind that a shipping and handling fee will be applied for all USA and International orders that are being sent back to the corrected address. For USA Return Orders, a $5 shipping and handling fee will be applied for a second delivery. For International Return Orders, a $15 shipping and handling fee will be applied for a second delivery.
Price Adjustment
Our prices are subject to change without any further notice. If a recent price adjustment has been made to any of our item(s) that are most likely to be found on our bargain deal and clearance sale section. We will only allow a grace period of up to 3 business days to redeem the new price adjustment.
Sunscreen & Sunblock
SPSS will not accept any used Sunscreen & Sunblock! If in doubt that the bottle that you have purchase has an inner seal attach to it. We expect to receive that bottle in its unused, original, and the inner seal must also be attached to the bottle as well. If these requirements are not met, an exchange or refund will not be granted!

Information for Completing a
Return

Fill out the return and exchange form and
attach it along with the package.
· Call or send us an e-mail regarding that a return would be made.
· Mail it to the returned address that is found below.
· Once we have received your package, we will review your form
and credit your account by granting you a refund.
· Once these steps have been accomplish, we will contact you regarding
that the return has been process and a refund should be credited to your
account within 2 business days.

for Completing an Exchange

· Call and inform us that a new exchange order would like to be
made. Or, you may also log onto our site and place an exchange order.
· Once these steps have been accomplish, we will contact you regarding
that your exchange order has been process and will be ready to be shipped.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

attach it along with the original package
and mail it to the address below.
· You may call or send us an e-mail regarding that you had receive
a defective or incorrect item(s).
· We will exchange or refund your account along with the shipping
expense.
· If the primary product(s) that we had shipped was defective
or incorrect, we are held responsible for reimbursing your next order
with free shipping.
Note: It will take 5 to 10 business days
to process your return or exchange. Credit

Free Shipping!
Free USPS Priority mail shipping applies to orders over $100. Orders below $100 are just $5.00. Excludes Surfboards, Bodyboards, and Board Bags. Note: Free Shipping and our flat rate $5 shipping applies only to USA orders.

We currently ship with the United States Postal
Service! Orders that are placed within the Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska, US
Territories, and FPO/APO will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail and Express
Mail. International orders will also be shipped with USPS Global Priority
Mail.
Length of Shipping
Depending on the destination, orders placed
within the West Coast Region will take up to 2 - 3 business days. Orders
placed within the East Coast region will take up to 3 - 5 business days.
Orders that are being sent to Alaska, Hawaii usually takes up to 4 - 5 days.
Orders placed within the Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO
will take up to 4 - 7 business days with USPS Priority Mail and 3 to 4
business days with USPS Express Mail. As for International Orders, the
duration time of arrival normally takes about 2-3 weeks.

We ship worldwide! So far, the current countries that we normally ship to are
Australia, Guam, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New
Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and United Kingdom, US Virgin Islands, and much more!. If for
some reason that your country is not listed on our shopping cart, we encourage
you to contact us so that we may add your country to our shopping
